Harris (born March 18, 1948)[1] is an American culinary historian, college professor, cookbook penman and journalist.[2] She is associate lecturer emerita at Queens College, Megalopolis University of New York, place she taught for 50 life-span, and is also the inventor of 15 books, including cookbooks, non-fiction food writing and life history.

Early life

Jessica B.
